4. For how long will ASSA ABLOY store your personal data?

4.1 We will never process your personal data for a longer period than permitted by applicable law, regulation, guidelines or government decisions. However, in order to comply with legal requirements, contractual obligations or because we are entitled to do so in accordance with a legitimate interest, we may save your personal information for an extended period of time in accordance with what is stated below. Personal data that we process for the purpose of fulfilling our agreement with the supplier to whom you are employee of is as a principle rule processed during the period of time it is necessary for us to administrate the contractual relationship, exercise our rights and fulfill our commitments towards the supplier to whom you are an employee of. If your employment is terminated with the supplier or in relation to us, we will cease to process your personal data as soon as we have received such information from the supplier. Any information relating to payment and where processing is required according to the Accounting Act is handled in accordance with legal requirements for seven (7) years. Statistics which has been anonymized may be saved thereafter.
